Lee is our passionate Director & Mortgage Advisor

Lee truly loves what he does. For him, there’s no greater reward than helping someone buy their first home or the family home of their dreams. With over 15 years in financial services, Lee knows how overwhelming the world of mortgages and insurance can be—and he’s dedicated to guiding his clients every step of the way with honest advice, empathy, and support.

He began his career at 21, working for a high street bank advising on home insurance, before progressing into mortgage and protection advice. After a decade of gaining experience and knowledge, Lee became a broker at two local estate agents, learning the full house-buying journey to better serve his clients. In 2020, he took the leap to start his own business, teaming up with his long-time friend and colleague Jordan. As the business grew, so did the team—allowing Lee to help even more people achieve their mortgage goals.

Lee lives in Staffordshire with his wife Kate, their two children, Lily and Freddie, and their two whippets, Mylo and Snoop. Outside of work, he enjoys planning family ski trips or beach escapes, and catching up with friends over football.
