Based in the picturesque town of Chapel-en-le-Frith—known as the capital of the Peak District—Kyle brings over a decade of experience in financial services to the Faulkner Powell team. He began his career as a Mortgage Adviser with a high-street bank before transitioning to a broker role five years ago, where he’s been helping clients navigate the mortgage process ever since.

Kyle takes pride in helping people achieve their financial goals, whether that’s securing their dream home or saving money through smarter mortgage decisions. He believes in clear, honest advice and always puts client satisfaction first.

Kyle has been working closely with Lee and Jordan for several years. Sharing the same values, work ethic, and client-first mindset, he’s proud to be part of the Faulkner Powell family.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys life in the countryside with his wife Charlotte, their daughter Lyanna, and their dog Lexi. Most weekends, you’ll find them out walking in the Peak District, enjoying the fresh air, scenic views, and local pubs.
