Kate Faulkner

Kate is the other half of the administrative heartbeat of Faulkner Powell Mortgages. Kate has a wealth of experience in financial services having worked for many years at the same bank, starting off as a mortgage processor, she was quickly promoted to team manager for the mortgage processing team, over those years there is very rarely a scenario she hasn’t seen and overcome. Following on from that she worked as an acquisition manager for the bank, which at the time was the biggest landlord in the country. Most recently Kate was an office manager for the last few years for a local business and she brings that knowledge to the company, ensuring once the mortgage is agreed that she can guide and support clients by ensuring the solicitors and estate agents get the case to completion as smoothly as possible, ironing out any issues in the meantime.

When Kate is not at work she loves going the gym and spending time with friends and family.
