Affectionately known by the team as “Queen Caz”, Caroline brings over 20 years of mortgage experience to Faulkner Powell—and has likely helped mentor more than a few of her colleagues along the way. With her unrivalled industry knowledge and approachable nature, Caroline is a trusted source of expert advice and a true pillar of the team.
Over the years, she’s advised on everything from straightforward home purchases to complex mortgage cases. In addition to her mortgage expertise, Caroline also specialises in protection insurance, ensuring her clients are fully covered and financially secure should the unexpected happen. She has a particular passion for helping clients with more complex protection needs.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys planning her next relaxing staycation, taking long countryside walks, and unwinding with a chilled glass of Prosecco.
