Kate is one half of the administrative heartbeat at Faulkner Powell Mortgages, playing a vital role in making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. With years of experience in financial services, Kate began her career at a major high street bank as a mortgage processor. Her talent and drive quickly saw her promoted to team manager, where she oversaw the mortgage processing team and tackled even the most complex cases with confidence.

She later moved into the role of acquisition manager, supporting what was, at the time, the UK’s largest landlord, before going on to work as an office manager for a local business. Today, Kate brings this wealth of operational knowledge and industry insight to Faulkner Powell, helping to guide cases from mortgage offer to completion by working closely with solicitors and estate agents to smooth out any bumps in the road.

Her calm, organised approach is key to keeping everything on track—and clients appreciate her behind-the-scenes support just as much as the advice up front.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys going to the gym and spending quality time with friends and family.
